Dedreamki pays a lot of attention to the quality and shipping of the products we make, however if something somehow arrives damaged, damages during correct use, or if something is not the quality you expect, please contact me through dedreamki@gmail.com within two weeks of arrival of purchase, and we’ll resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
For purchases made through our webshop, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. During this period, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason. However, feedback is much appreciated.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us. The item must be unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging.
You can notify us of your withdrawal by completing the withdrawal form on this page. Providing a reason is not required, although we always appreciate your feedback. You may also notify us of your withdrawal by sending an email to: dedreamki@gmail.com.
After receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation. From that moment, the 14-day return period begins during which you may send the product back to us. The return address is:

The cost of returning the product is your own responsibility. Please hold on to the proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Once we have received your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return. This includes the original shipping costs, provided that the entire order is returned. In the case of a partial return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you would like to receive a different product, please place a new order through our webshop.

Voor aankopen in onze webshop geldt een wettelijke bedenktijd van 14 dagen. Binnen deze termijn heb je het recht om je bestelling zonder opgave van reden ter herroepen.
Na het melden van je herroeping heb je nog eens 14 dagen de tijd om het product ongebruikt en - indien redelijkerwijs mogelijk - in originele staat en verpakking aan ons terug te sturen.
Je kunt je herroeping eenvoudig doorgeven via het herroeppingsformulier op deze pagina. De volgende informatie is nodig om het proces succesvol te laten verlopen:

* Welk product u wilt retourneren/herroepen
Een reden opgeven is niet verplicht, maar we stellen je feedback altijd op prijs. Je kunt je herroeping ook doorgeven door een mail te sturen naar dedreamki@gmail.com.
Na ontvangst van je herroepingsmelding sturen wij je een bevestiging. Vanaf dat moment gaat de termijn van 14 dagen in waarbinnen je het product naar ons kunt retourneren. Het retour adres is:

De kosten van het retourneren zijn voor jouw rekening. We adviseren je om het verzendbewijs goed te bewaren, zodat je kunt aantonen dat het pakket is verzonden.
Na ontvangst van je retourzending storten wij het aankoopbedrag zo spoedig mogelijk, en uiterlijk binnen 14 dagen, terug op je rekening. Dit is inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten, mits je de volledige bestelling retourneert. Bij een gedeeltelijke retour ontvang je alleen het bedrag van de geretourneerde producten terug.
Ruilen is helaas niet mogelijk. Wil je een ander product ontvangen, dan kun je hiervoor een nieuwe bestelling plaatsen.
