When will my order ship?
Dedreamki ships orders within 2-4 working days, it’s important to us that your order will be shipped as fast as possible without compromising quality.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Dedreamki ships within the EU. Select your country at the check-out and your shipping costs will be calculated. If you can't select your country, send us an e-mail at dedreamki@gmail.com
How are my prints shipped?
A5 and A4 prints are shipped in protective sleeves and a cardboard or board-backed envelope to avoid damage of any kind. A3 prints are rolled up in tissue paper and shipped in triangular tubes. We ship with PostNL so you’ll receive a track & trace code as well! If you've bought single small paper product that fits in a small envelope and fits the weight requirements, you won't receive a track & trace code, to reduce shipping costs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Dedreamki pays a lot of attention to the quality and shipping of the products we make, however if something somehow arrives damaged, damages during correct use, or if something is not the quality you expect, please contact me through dedreamki@gmail.com within two weeks of arrival of purchase, and we’ll resolve this problem as quickly as possible.
For purchases made through our webshop, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. During this period, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you would like to receive a different product, please place a new order through our webshop.

How do I return my order and can I cancel it?
For purchases made through our webshop, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. During this period, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason. However, feedback is much appreciated.
Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us. The item must be unused and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original condition and packaging.
You can notify us of your withdrawal by completing the withdrawal form on this page. Providing a reason is not required, although we always appreciate your feedback. You may also notify us of your withdrawal by sending an email to: dedreamki@gmail.com.
After receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation. From that moment, the 14-day return period begins during which you may send the product back to us. The return address will be provided in the confirmation email.
The cost of returning the product is your own responsibility. Please hold on to the proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Once we have received your returned item, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the return. This includes the original shipping costs, provided that the entire order is returned. In the case of a partial return, only the value of the returned products will be refunded.
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you would like to receive a different product, please place a new order through our webshop.
What materials are your jewellery pieces made out of?
It’s important to me to make jewellery that’s affordable and stays pretty for long (doesn’t tarnish). Therefore I use stainless steel which is strong and looks super similar to silver, but is a lot more affordable and doesn’t tarnish. I looove fresh water pearls, and I often combine them with glass, stone and acrylic beads. All of these materials are easy to take care of and stay pretty for a long while.
How to take care of my jewellery piece?
With every order we give along a care information card. This is a fragment:
“Pearls don’t like water (I know, it sounds funny since they’re found in the sea!) so take them off before you take a shower or go swimming. They also scratch easily and don’t like perfume, chemicals and cosmetics so it’s best to store them somewhere safe and put them on after applying creams and perfume. You can clean them with a soft damp piece of fabric, or special pearl cleaning products.
You can clean stainless steel by soaking it in warm soapy water and buffing it with a soft cloth.
Since most of my pieces are a mix of the above, we recommend trying a soft damp cloth first before anything else.”
How do I know if the necklace is the right size?
Every necklace differs slightly in length. We always put the measurements in cm on the product page. A lot of the necklaces are made as semi-chokers so we definitely recommend cutting a piece of string or wire of the length mentioned on the product page and testing how it would fit on you! We also always put an extra 2-2.5 cm of chain on the necklace.
