This colourful sundae consists out of mint chocolate and strawberry ice cream, an orange slice and a cherry. This reminds me of my teenage days when my friends and I would visit an ice cream shop after school and try out different combinations all summer.

People sometimes assume these paintings are made digitally because of their symmetry, but they are not! Each design is created by hand using pencil, ruler and compass. For many paintings I also make my own stencils to help achieve symmetry, but as everything is handmade, small imperfections remain visible on closer inspection. The charm of handmade art!
