Story & technique
These cards are a continuation of the A5 foiled Vintage Cake prints. Those foiled cakes began as grey pencil drawings. After discovering that my printer could reproduce pencil texture quite realistically, I used these base sketches to develop a new set of pencil cake prints. I cut out letters from magazines and food packaging to enhance the old-school and handmade look even more.
