Technique & story
Back in design school I made a poster with a series of simple 2D drink illustrations. When I came across it again years later, I wanted to revisit the idea using the skills I'd picked up since. Within Adobe Illustrator I found a way to turn pen-tool illustrations into 3D. The process pushed my laptop to its limits, but the result was worth it. The effect makes you want to touch it, so besides posters I decided to design bookmarks as well.
